Robot Sketch Experiments
VARIANT 01
These works are studio sketches drawn with a drawing robot and finished by hand. Each piece begins as an experiment — a set of instructions, constraints, and chance movements — before being interrupted, adjusted, and resolved through intuitive decision-making.
The “robot” acts less as a tool for precision and more as a collaborator, introducing variation, repetition, and small imperfections. Each work is a different variant — a unique outcome from the same starting logic.
These are not preparatory drawings, but complete moments of thinking on paper. Sketches as outcomes. Experiments as finished works.
